SONG SEARCH contest starts at 11AM for artists entering the competition. All original songs are eligible for entry.

Artists performing in the Festival gain free entry to the Conference, but must purchase one ticket per song to enter the contest.

About the NewMusicWest Conference: The conference has featured sessions with top industry pros and major artists including Gene Simmons, Marilyn Manson, Chad Kroeger, Perry Farrell, Matthew Good, Raine Maida, as well as Terry McBride (Nettwerk) and Jason Miller (House Of Blues).
The event is being co-produced by 29 Productions (Vancouver) and a new partner with deep roots in live music, Calgary’s Union Events.
